About Alaine

Alaine is a Registered Psychologist with over eight years’ experience supporting men, boys, and families across a range of settings including schools, private practice, and men’s behaviour change programs.

She works with clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Relationship and family difficulties
  • Anger and emotional regulation challenges
  • Family violence
  • Learning and developmental concerns

Alaine has a strong interest in working with men and boys, while also supporting parents, families, and schools to better understand and respond to children’s needs.

She also provides autism assessments, NDIS-related support and reporting andoffers support across both clinical and more complex matters.

Alaine brings a warm, calm and collaborative style to sessions, helping clients feel at ease while working through challenges and building practical strategies for change.

Alaine works from our Bayside (Cheltenham) clinic and sees clients aged 6+.

Outside of work, Alaine is usually spending time with her family, reading, or getting involved in her local community.
