Joe is a Registered Psychologist (Provisional) with a strong passion for supporting individuals across all backgrounds and stages of life, with a particular focus on male mental health. With a PhD and experience as a University lecturer, Joe brings a unique perspective to therapy, fostering an open and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Joe believes that developing self-awareness is a vital step toward building a more fulfilling life.
Joe has experience assisting clients with a range of mental health challenges, including:

In his free time, Joe enjoys staying active by mountain biking, birdwatching, and reading. Before pursuing a career in psychology, he earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy in the United States and worked as a university lecturer in Chicago and rural Illinois.
