Jeremiah is a mid-career psychologist with an organisational psychology background, bringing a unique lens to both individual work and workplace-related issues. He’s a guru in CBT and, in recent years, has developed a strong love for schema therapy.

Tom is a Senior Clinical Psychologist who has worked across crisis response services and private practice. He has a special interest in neurodiversity and trauma, and is particularly strong in CBT and EMDR. Tom brings a calm, thoughtful presence to supervision, helping supervisees balance evidence-based practice with clinical intuition when working with complex male presentations.

Rohan is a Registered Psychologist with experience across private practice and mental health support services, shaped by a previous career in hospitality. He brings a personable, authentic style, with particular interests in trauma therapy, addictions, specific phobias, and complex presentations. He works with supervisees on equal ground, creating a space where their ideas can be freely explored, examined, and challenged in service of helping develop confidence in their own clinical voice. Supervision with Rohan is warm, informal, and made to measure, while still offering structure, aconsistent challenge, and clear direction.

Warren is a consultant clinician at Blokes Psychology & senior clinician with decades of experience in the police force and security services prior to his transition into psychology. This background gives him a grounded, real-world understanding of trauma, risk, and high-stress environments.
He has a keen interest in trauma work and is well versed in CBT and family systems approaches, making him a valuable supervisor for clinicians working with complex family dynamics, first responders, and men in high-pressure roles.

Luca completed his sixth-year internship in late 2024 and provides both internal and external mentorship to interns and early-career psychologists. Drawing on his recent experience of navigating the internship pathway and transitioning into private practice, Luca offers practical guidance around managing the demands of early career practice, self-care, and the realities of the internship program. He brings a grounded, relatable perspective and is well placed to support clinicians in the early stages of their professional development.
