Bobbie is a Provisional Psychologist based at our Bayside clinic, working with boys and men aged 8+. She has experience across child protection, community, family violence, NDIS and clinical settings, as well as several years working in hospitality. These varied professional and life experiences have shaped her understanding that everyone brings their own story, experiences and perspective to therapy.
Bobbie enjoys supporting boys, adolescents and young adults, including neurodivergent clients and those navigating ADHD or autism. She supports clients through the different challenges and transitions that can come with growing up and finding your way in life, and works with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, anger & emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and significant life changes.
Bobbie brings a warm, positive and down-to-earth approach to her work. She understands that opening up and talking about personal challenges doesn’t always come easily and places a strong emphasis on building genuine rapport and creating a comfortable, judgement-free space where clients can speak honestly and feel understood.
Her approach is collaborative, practical and evidence-based. Bobbie supports clients to better understand the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to current difficulties, while developing realistic strategies that fit with their life and what matters to them.
Outside of work, Bobbie enjoys spending time with family and animals, watching AFL and staying active through yoga, self-defence and giving different sports a crack.
Bobbie supports clients aged 8+ and will be available for bookings very soon!
