Charlie is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who brings a thoughtful, authentic approach to therapy for adults and adolescents. He places strong emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can speak openly and explore the challenges they’re facing.
Charlie takes a collaborative, goal-oriented approach, helping men face difficulties with greater clarity, build emotional resilience, and lead more meaningful lives. Whether it’s showing up as a father, partner, brother, or mate, he supports men to strengthen relationships and act with greater intention.
He is passionate about helping clients manage stress, burnout, anxiety, addictions, anger and depression by developing practical skills and coping strategies. In supporting trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges, Charlie tailors his approach to meet the unique needs of each individual with empathy and flexibility.
Charlie is committed to walking alongside his clients throughout the therapeutic journey with honesty and care. He embraces diversity and inclusivity, welcoming people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds.
Outside the therapy room, Charlie enjoys quality time with family and friends, exploring new places, and staying active to support his own wellbeing.
