About Duncan

Duncan is a Registered Psychologist with a passion for supporting young men, adolescents, and boys to reach their full potential.

Known for his down-to-earth and genuine approach, Duncan builds strong rapport with his clients and creates a space where they feel safe to talk, reflect, and grow. He firmly believes that when young people get the right support at the right time, it can lead to meaningful, long-term change.

Duncan takes a practical, skill-building approach to therapy -working alongside clients to help them better understand themselves, build resilience, and develop tools they can use in everyday life.

He works with individuals aged 10+ and has experience across a range of presentations, including depression, anxiety, anger management, addiction, stress, and burnout.

He also has a strong interest in working with neurodivergent clients, having worked extensively with individuals who identify with ASD, ADHD, ID, ODD, and PDA. His time working in a high school also gave him first-hand insight into the challenges young people face—along with the systems, supports, and people that can make a difference.

Outside the therapy room, Duncan volunteers his time running camps and workshops for adolescents and adults, with a focus on leadership and resilience.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Duncan exploring his creative and strategic side - whether it’s gaming, diving into a Dungeons & Dragons campaign, or battling it out over a board game. He also enjoys playing guitar, going for a run, or hiking off the grid
