Lewis is a Registered Psychologist with a strong passion for supporting boys and men from all walks of life to build greater self-awareness and develop practical, meaningful strategies to achieve their personal goals. He brings a non-judgemental, open-minded, and curious approach to his work, and enjoys collaborating with clients to help them take ownership of their mental health journey.
Lewis has experience working across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including schools, private hospitals, public mental health services, forensic environments, and First Nations health.
He supports clients facing a broad range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, grief and loss, addiction, anger, relationship issues, ADHD, autism spectrum, and personality-related difficulties.
As part of his Doctor of Clinical Psychology, Lewis has conducted research into masculinity, men’s engagement with mental health services, and surf therapy. He is particularly passionate about finding ways to make mental healthcare more accessible, engaging, and tailored to the unique needs of boys and men.
Outside of the therapy room, Lewis enjoys playing and watching sport, listening to music, spending time in nature, and having a good laugh with family and friends.
Lewis works with clients aged 10 and over.
