Warren is a registered psychologist with extensive professional and life experience, including over 10 years in international corporate settings and 20 years of service with Victoria Police. Building on this diverse background and advanced training, he has developed a strong passion for supporting the mental health and wellbeing of boys, men, and families.
He works with people across the lifespan who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, anger, emotional regulation difficulties, and parenting challenges. Warren is approachable, collaborative, and outcome-focused, tailoring support to each individual’s needs.
Warren draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy(CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
He also offers Eye Movement Desensitisation andReprocessing (EMDR) in structured 5-session blocks, available weekly orfortnightly.
Outside of work, Warren is a married father of two. He maintains a healthy and active lifestyle, running most days, and enjoys good food and wine.
Warren has been a valued member of our Bayside clinic for a number of years. For 2026, he will be offering appointments solely via Telehealth while enjoying a family sabbatical overseas!
Warren sees clients aged 7 and above.
